Hi, my name is Cole. I am the founder and driving force behind the modern community you are exploring. The inspiration for this website began when my father, brother, and I were professionally restoring contemporary homes in Phoenix, AZ. On numerous occasions, we wished for a forum to see other people’s projects, find creative ideas, connect with other industry professionals, and target modern aficionados when buying and selling our houses.

I am a real estate professional in the state of Arizona. I love housing and have become very interested in modern architecture in the past years. I hope to connect with others with similar interests and spread the good word of interesting homes. I live in a pretty standard ranch, I guess. I've done a full remodel in the three years I have lived here and have tried to "modernize" it. I’ve done so by changing the floor plan a bit which lends itself to a modern lifestyle by having more efficient uses of space. I’ve updated the place with fairly contemporary materials while trying to maintain my budget. Its great having a pool and the landscaping is starting to fill out nicely so I am beginning to enjoy calling this home. If I could do it all over again I would do some things differently. Since my remodel I have become much more knowledgeable in so many areas. I would like to find a cool mid-century modern home in original condition to renovate. I have become especially fond of the Eichler, Haver, Rummer and Beadle designed homes in this part of the country. Someday I tell ya!
