Award winning Architectural Design close to downtown Nashville. Completely remodeled in 2007 adding a light filled addition to the back which includes a master bathroom with concrete countertops, a huge master closet with natural light pouring in from above, and a studio/office loft. All with bamboo floors throughout.
The original floor plan was altered combining the kitchen, dining and living areas into one large open space. The kitchen was remodeled with new IKEA cabinets and stainless steel countertops. It is a huge kitchen for this size of house. Original hardwood floors were refinished. New roof and all new energy efficient windows. A new central furnace and air conditioner was installed along with the remodel.
The house sits on a large fenced in lot with an oversized one car garage. There is plenty of room for storage.
